How long will my order take?

We do not have a large inventory of premade inventory, most things are made to order. We do keep lots of supplies on hand and generally each order will be made and shipped out within 3-5 working days. If there will be any delay, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.

How long will my package take to get to me?

Oversize lettermail within Canada. (Estimated working days until delivery)

  • 2-4 business days for local mail
  • 3-5 business days within the province
  • 5-7 days for national mail

Other shipping estimates are available at checkout depending on which option you choose. Please be aware that these are only estimated delivery times. Canada Post does not guarantee these and there may be delays due to the extra safely measures happening right now.

Is there a tracking number?

Most of our small, light items can be mailed by Oversized Lettermail by Canada Post within Canada and does not include tracking. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to include tracking, please choose the Standard Shipping option at checkout with a flat rate of $12

To the United States the shipping option that we use for free shipping is Small Packet Air and does not include tracking. If you wish to upgrade your shipping to include tracking please select the Tracked Packet or Expedited Parcel options. They are flat rates no matter how much is in your order.

Do you ship to my country?

We now ship everywhere. International shipping (except for US) is a flat rate of $14 for Air Mail. This does not include tracking. Please also note that any duty and tax charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Some countries charge these at a certain threshold.

Where are you located and do you have a store I can shop in?

We are located in Stayner, Ontario, Canada and at this time our products are only available online

Do you offer contactless pickup?

Yes. If you are local to my home in Stayner, Ontario the local pickup option is available to you at checkout. 

What are your refund policies?

Please contact us right away if your order arrives damaged or you are not happy with it. Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and refund will happen when I receive the package back with item in new condition. No refunds or returns are accepted on custom or personalized items once item has been started.

Do you create the designs?

No we did not digitize the designs we use. The designs were purchased from the very talented designers/digitizers from Embroidery Library, Off With Their Threads, Urban Threads and Designs by Juju mostly as well as a couple of other places.
